Through our partnership with Montana Digital Academy, one enrollment unlocks the complete TeachRealMath platform for you: every real-world worksheet, every skill practice set, every project, plus a live view of your class as they work. No cost to you, your school, or your district.
See how to get itGrades 6 to 8. Standards aligned. Auto-graded. Runs alongside any curriculum.
A boulder blocks the straight shot on Hole 4, so players need a bank shot off the side wall. Use what you know about angles to design the path.
Your no-cost annual license is not a bundle or a sampler. It is everything we make: the worksheets teachers assign every week, plus the projects they save for when a unit comes together. You assign anything, to any class, on your pacing.
Five to ten minute interactive scenarios where every calculation earns its place: packing lines, smoothie stands, delivery routes. Students manipulate the model, the math responds, and every answer is checked the moment they enter it.
Use them: every week, with any unitFocused, auto-graded practice for every major math standard in grades 6 to 8, with instant feedback and room for multiple attempts.
Use them: warm-ups, homework, reviewConnected worksheets where student decisions carry forward: the ticket price they set on Day 1 shapes the crowd they manage on Day 3. Theme Park Tycoon, Mini Golf Architect, Curbside, and more.
Use them: end of a unit, end of a termBack-to-school reviews built on the prior grade's standards, holiday-themed percent and data work, and end-of-year wrap-ups. Fresh material lands throughout the year, and your license covers all of it.
Use them: August, December, and the weeks that need a sparkTeachRealMath is a supplement, not a replacement. It slots into the curriculum you have, and it earns its spot by doing three things static worksheets cannot.
Every worksheet runs on a live spreadsheet engine. Move a point, change a price, resize a box, and every dependent value, graph, and diagram recalculates instantly. Students experiment their way to the pattern instead of being told it.
Every response is validated instantly, scores compute themselves, and students get multiple attempts to reason their way to the right answer. You never take a stack of papers home, and students never practice a mistake for a week before finding out.
The teacher console shows who has started, who has finished, and exactly which question is tripping up your class, in real time. Walk to the right desk at the right moment instead of finding out on Friday.
Because TeachRealMath is a resource provider with Montana Digital Academy, enrolling your students in our MTDA-listed resource is what activates your license. Your part is one email. MTDA handles everything else.
Send one message to support@mtda.org with RealWorldMath in the subject line, asking for help enrolling your students. Copy the pre-written email below and you are done. No need to track anyone down at your school first.
The MTDA team works directly with you and your school to enroll your students, including helping your school set up an MTDA Site Facilitator if it does not have an active one. Within a few school days, your students are live and your annual license to the complete TeachRealMath platform activates. From then on you assign real-world worksheets, skill practice, seasonal sets, and projects to any of your classes, on your pacing, all year.
Copy this email, fill in the brackets, and send it to support@mtda.org. That single message starts everything, and MTDA takes it from there.
Prefer to talk first? Write to us at support@activelearninglabs.com and we will walk you through it, or copy us on your note to MTDA and we will help from our side too.
Yes, really. TeachRealMath is a partner resource provider with Montana Digital Academy, and enrollment is covered under that partnership. Your school pays nothing, you pay nothing, and there is no trial that expires into a bill. The no-cost annual license is our thank you for bringing your class on board.
It is a self-paced set of TeachRealMath worksheets for your grade level that your students can explore on their own at any time. Students do not earn course credit for it, and it does not replace your curriculum; teachers add it alongside their existing courses. Enrolling through it is what activates your full-platform license, and most teachers then assign directly from the complete library at their own pacing.
Every Montana school has the opportunity to set up an MTDA Site Facilitator, who can enroll students in any MTDA courses and resources. Facilitators change from year to year, and not every school has an active one at the start of the academic year. You do not need to figure any of this out: email support@mtda.org with RealWorldMath in the subject line, and the MTDA team will take it from there, including helping your school set up a facilitator if needed.
No. TeachRealMath is built to run alongside whatever you already use. Teachers reach for it for application practice after a concept is taught, warm-ups, stations, review weeks, and end-of-unit projects. You stay in control of pacing and assignments.
TeachRealMath is listed on the Student Data Privacy Consortium registry and operates under signed data privacy agreements. We collect only what is needed to run the platform, we never show ads, and we never sell student data. Your school or district can request our full privacy documentation at any time.
Once MTDA has your roster, access is typically live within a few school days. You can enroll at any point in the year, though enrolling early gives you the most mileage from your annual license.
No formal training is needed. Worksheets are self-explanatory for students, every scenario opens with an introduction that sets the stage, and the teacher console is designed to be readable at a glance. A quick-start guide comes with your license.
One email to MTDA unlocks the entire TeachRealMath platform for you and your students. At no cost, all year, on your pacing.
